Since 1981, Lorne Sinclair has been based in Victoria and Duncan and served clients throughout British Columbia and Alberta. He has focused his law practice on acting for plaintiffs in personal injury claims including brain injury, spinal injury, fractures and chronic pain disorders. Lorne Sinclair is a past governor of the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association and a frequent instructor with the British Columbia Legal Education and Professional Legal Training program. He is a member of the British Columbia and Alberta Law Society. Mr. Abbott has distinguished himself during his long career in law, business and public service. He has served as both the federal Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, and the federal Minister of National Revenue in Ottawa. He has also served as president of the Retail Council of Canada, and in London England from 1980 to 1988, he acted as business advisor and legal counsel in the establishment of a London branch office of a leading central Canadian law firm. Mr. Abbott now resides in Mill Bay on Vancouver Island and serves the surrounding communities.
